Avlaw conducted due diligence activities in Airworthiness and Aviation System and Safety to support QinetiQ’s acquisition of an aircraft operator. As part of its due diligence activities, Avlaw review and analysed the data acquired from these activities to provide an understanding of:

• The condition, quality, compliance and performance of the aircraft operator’s business and assets;
• Key issues that will inform negotiation on a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA); and
• Key Issues in the aircraft operator’s business to be addressed in consideration of its optimisation with QinetiQ’s operations; and
• Opportunities for synergy to support successful transition and integration of the aircraft operator into QinetiQ’s business.
