Avlaw Aviation Consulting was retained by Ashurst through Sydney Trains to investigate and report on some significant operational issues across the Sydney Trains network. This was conducted by Avlaw’s Transport Accident Investigation specialist who has extensive experience across a range of public transport modes including rail, road and air transport. Review included human factors consideration, corporate culture and workplace practices.
